How to write a project manager CV
A strong project manager CV runs two to three pages, opens with a personal statement anchored to your delivery environment (IT, construction, transformation), and lists experience in reverse-chronological order with months and years. Every bullet should show what was delivered, how, and what changed.

Quantify scale on every bullet
Budget managed (e.g. up to £5M), team size, number of concurrent projects or workstreams, and outcome percentages. Action verbs for project managers

Show what stakeholder management achieved
PMs coordinate across operations, technology, finance and third-party suppliers. Bullets should name the groups aligned and the friction or delay reduced: "coordinated cross-functional teams across finance and external suppliers, improving alignment and reducing delivery friction".
RAID log governance
RAID log management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) is a signature PM discipline worth naming explicitly.
