CVLift is built to help you create and improve professional CVs. You agree not to use it for unlawful, malicious, or harmful purposes. Activities such as reverse engineering, attempting to access other users' data, or uploading harmful content are strictly prohibited.

2. Your Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Payments and Billing

CVLift currently offers one-off payments for access to specific features or credits. You will be charged at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Where subscription plans are introduced in future, they will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be notified of any such changes before they take effect.

4. Refunds

CVLift offers a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period by contacting us via the contact form on our website.

Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase will not be eligible.

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, this policy satisfies your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Your Data and Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and usage data to operate and improve the platform. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 7. Changes to the Platform

8. Account Termination
