cvlift.ai is built to help you create and improve professional CVs. You agree not to use it for unlawful, malicious, or harmful purposes. Activities such as reverse engineering, attempting to access other users' data, or uploading harmful content are strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

cvlift.ai currently offers one-off payments for access to specific features or credits. You will be charged at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Where subscription plans are introduced in future, they will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be notified of any such changes before they take effect.

cvlift.ai offers a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period by contacting us via the contact form.

Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase will not be eligible.

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, this policy satisfies your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and usage data to operate and improve the platform. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use a limited set of trusted third-party providers for hosting, payments, and analytics, each bound by strict data protection agreements.

Any CV content you create or upload remains your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over your content. We may use anonymised or aggregated content to improve our services, including machine learning systems, and for marketing purposes such as illustrative examples. We will not use your content in any way that identifies you personally without your explicit consent.

Under GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of your content at any time. To do so, please contact us.

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes where possible.

Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or permanently removed. We aim to provide a warning before taking action, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
