If no business result exists, quantify the work itself and explain why it mattered.

The figures are illustrative; replace them with numbers you can defend. Keep enough context for a reader outside your specialty to understand the result. "Improved accuracy by 9%" is incomplete unless the bullet identifies what became more accurate and how you measured it.
Choose precise verbs such as designed, executed, validated, analyzed, interpreted, optimized, documented, authored, directed, and mentored. Avoid opening several consecutive bullets with "responsible for." That phrase names an assignment, while a direct verb shows what you did with it.
